We offer limited time FREE standard shipping for all orders over 60$. For all orders which delivery address is United States Including Alaska and Hawaii, shipped from our warehouse in UK. We aim to try to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 5 working day. Please be aware that during busy sale periods, Standard delivery orders may take us slightly longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders.
International Orders
We offer limited time FREE standard shipping for all shipments outside of the US for all orders over 60$, and your delivery will be handled by Global-e our international fulfillment partner in Uk who deliver to over 100 destinations worldwide.
At Shoesdirect, We strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your
order that provide numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 working days of the date order being received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number
to track the delivery of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition & original packing that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are
subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue the partial refund of the initial order less 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Return & Exchange are still acceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping out of the United State (we're working on it).

How long does it take to deliver package to my country?
US and Canada: 6 - 10 Business Days After Processing
Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 12 Business Days After Processing
Europe: 7 - 14 Business Days After Processing
Latin America: 10 - 25 Business Days After Processing

However some countries might take 2-6 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation, your country customs might delay in processing our package) although we
