We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are also accepted due to manufacturing defects, as all VitalTread devices undergo strict quality control.

Items that have been opened and used can be returned, as our technology needs to be tested to prove its effectiveness.

To be eligible for a return, proof of use and purchase is mandatory for processing returns.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

The customer bears the responsibility and cost of return shipping. We advise using a tracked shipping method for secure and verifiable returns.

Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to one of our warehouses.

For Our Defective products, return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

Cancellation Fee: A restocking fee of $20 will be charged for all cancellations, reflecting the costs incurred in processing the order.

Exchanges: Accept exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refund processing time: 5 days We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
